The central reception is flanked by a library and conference facilities on either side. Open offices are organized around a glass encased Japanese garden, making it the visual focus. An exterior access path leads south from the office building to the CNC workshops placed at the rear of the site. Large warehouses with mezzanines provide storage and multiple functions.
