PSIEC Competition

A first place competition winner, the goal of the project was to be a catalyst in the urban revitalization of a deteriorating industrial neighborhood in Ludhiana, Punjab, a city known internationally for its small scale and export industries. The program included ground floor retail, bank and office services with light industrial and commercial on upper floors distributed among four wings emerging from a central core.
